Specfic Arrangements for CEPA

• Hong Kong and Macau service suppliers are permitted to establish performing venues, performance agencies and branches, galleries, bookshops and art work exhibition units in the Mainland on wholly-owned, joint venture and contractual joint venture basis
• Hong Kong and Macau service suppliers are permitted to establish internet culture business units and business grounds for internet online service business in the Mainland with the mainland party holding majority shareholding (more than 51%)

• Application for incorporation
• Documents of approval from the competent authorities of Chinese partners
• Bank reference letter, certificate of registration, and certificate of legal representative of joint ventures
• Feasibility study report
• Contracts, and articles of association
• Certificate for registered place and occupancy of business ground
• Certificates of service suppliers
