Hong Kong and Macau service suppliers are permitted to establish joint ventures with majority shareholding to provide market research services in the Mainland, which covers market analysis, customers’ opinions analysis, interview, telephone and mail survey, industry analysis, econometric modelling, and population analysis, etc.

• Power of attorney for service of legal documents
• Enterprise Name Approval in Advance Notice
• Contracts, and articles of association
• Major qualification certificate of investors or related explanatory documents
• Bank reference letter
• Register of the members of the Board and their ID cards
• Permit for occupancy of business ground or lease agreement
• Performance report for external surveys
• Certificates of service suppliers
